It's a new partnership with Paris Public Hospitals Authority for IGREC INGENIERIE, LAZO & MURE and CELNIKIER & GRABLI Architects for the deconstruction and refurbishment of a 260-bed building at Sainte-Périne Hospital in Paris, for people with Alzheimer's disease. This operation is conducted using a two-stage process : first, the asbestos removal and the demolition of Gerontology and geberal services building ; in a second time, the construction of a new 6-floor building with a 16,500 sqm of floor space.

IGREC INGENIERIE carries out all-trades engineering, quantity surveyor, synthesis, fire safety consultant, commission plan. The design and works are conducted in a BIM 4D process.
